Club members are invited to a special Matariki event!

Story time with nationally recognised local author Kat Quin of the award winning Kuwi the Kiwi books.

Join Kat at the Museum for an afternoon of sharing with us her latest Matariki book..

Flit the Fantail and the Matariki Map

Guided by the twinkling Matariki starts, Flit and his friends try to find their way home. With native NZ flora and fauna, some insight into Matariki, counting in te reo, and featuring the cutest of lead characters, this is a book that Kiwi kids will treasure.

Kat will be reading her book, which will be available for purchase and signing. There will be Matariki-themed activities and a Matariki member badge to collect!

Date: Wednesday 7th July

Time: Two sessions: 2.30pm for pre-schoolers, and 3.30pm for school-aged kids.
